At Al-Aman Ilm House, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of books and religious items, our policies are structured carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened books and accessories
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during sales or discounts (unless defective)
4. Return Process
- After approval, customers will be informed of the return instructions
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Failure to meet return conditions may result in rejection
5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Replacement Option
In eligible cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
7. Damaged Parcel on Delivery
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
- Refuse acceptance, or
- Record an unboxing video before opening the package
This helps us resolve claims faster with courier partners.
